Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase to ensure accuracy.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 1 business day of delivery. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If re-ship insurance was purchased at checkout, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or suitable solution once your claim has been approved.
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
By placing an order with us, you agree to our no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of our terms.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
All USPS Priority shipments include insurance. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service directly.
We offer optional re-shipping insurance at checkout. Customers who select this option are eligible for assistance in the event of lost or damaged packages.
